We use no additives. The freshly sprouted organic red spelt grains (which is only 0.01% related to modern varieties of conventional wheat) give the crackers a pleasantly nutty flavour. The high vitamin B1, B6, omega 3 und vitamin E content remains completely in tact through the dehydration process. AHO crackers are especially tasty with bread spreads or dips.
