In traditional Asia, so-called GABA rice has been known for its high nutritional value for thousands of years. The germination process increases the GABA content in brown rice up to five times!
Numerous studies have shown, how GABA (Gamma Amino Butyric Acid) as a neurotransmitter has a positive effect on our central nervous system (CNS). The arsenic content in our sprouted organic wholegrain brown rice is approx. 0.055 mg / kg below the limit values for small children and is therefore recommended for pregnant women, infants and children. Germinated rice is basic and has less phytic acid. The germination process potentiates the contained vitamins and secondary plant substances. For one serving, 65g AHO sprouts of rice can gently simmer for about 35 minutes in 2.5 times the amount of water, i.e. 162ml.
